Directions

You set out from the main square in Dro (Piazza della Repubblica). Head down via Cesare Battisti following directions for Oltra where you will come to the football pitch. Cycle along the asphalt and stay on the main road. Cross the bridge over the River Sarca, turn left and cycle along a dirt track through olive groves with short stretches up and downhill. When you come to Maso Lizzone go straight along the asphalt surface. Cycle through vineyards and olive groves along the banks of the River Sarca. When you come to the “Roman Bridge” in Ceniga, cross the bridge taking care to stay on your right. Turn left at the stop sign onto the main road, then turn right after the car park. After about ten metres turn left and cycle through the little town of Ceniga. Head down via Dossetto on the main road and then turn right into the underpass. When you come out the other side turn right then left. Go downhill in a southerly direction then turn left and you begin cycling on a dirt road in the “coste di Varino” area. Follow the signposts for the Anello Garda Sarca loop going in the opposite direction and you will soon be back on the asphalt road. Here you turn right and head down the road for a short distance before taking the first left turn. In a few hundred metres turn left again onto the cycle path. Here you turn right onto the road and after a short distance take the first turn on the left. After a few hundred metres turn left again onto the cycle path and cycle through vineyards to the town of Dro.
